Big Fish Foundation presents a free virtual mindfulness workshop from CSRT Psychotherapy for Veterans and Big Fish Foundation supporters

Saturday, April 10th, 6-8p Eastern.Samantha Case, Psy.D. CCPT of <a href="https://www.csrtpsychotherapy.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CSRT Psychotherapy</a> will be hosting an online education event for the Big Fish Foundation family. Free for all supporters and any Veteran or family member.Learn from a clinical psychologist some of the definitions, descriptions, &amp; indications of PTSD to better set the stage for appreciating the challenges it presents. Then, we will explore how it affects our physical well being, as well as, emotional faculties while being introduced to helpful management processes for those experiencing PTSD, loved ones, &amp; supporters.The more we explore the better we can attempt to understand and influence.Register your interest at EventBrite and a link will be sent to you a few days prior to the event on where and how to log into the education platform for participation.** This event is being presented by Big Fish Foundation and the benefit of its many donors.
