Camp Sol of the Deaf, Inc is hosting a free virtual summer camp  for deaf and hard of hearing campers this year.

<h3><strong>While summer camp has been canceled due to COVID-19, we board members are very excited to offer a variety of virtual, hands-on activities to keep your child busy, learning, and having fun from August 17 - 21, 2020 while practicing safe social distancing. </strong></h3><h3><strong>The half-hour sessions will take place from 9 am-12:30 pm and 1:00 pm-4:00 pm. </strong></h3><h3><strong>For example, youths between 9 -12 years old will, meet with our Deaf BIPOC (Black Indigenous, and People of Color) presenters for a session running from 9-9:30 am to learn Theater 101. </strong></h3><h3><strong>A summer online camp is a fun way for our campers to learn and explore their own identities with the assistance of Deaf adult role models. Here is our proposed schedule: </strong></h3><h3><strong>Children </strong></h3><h3><strong>Sessions every 30 minutes from 9:00 am- 12:30 pm</strong></h3><h3><strong>Teens </strong></h3><h3><strong>Sessions every 30 minutes from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm</strong></h3>
