Meet Soulful Connections Coaching,where spiritual coaching and psychology blend to support your soul's growith. Soullful Connection's founder, Heidi Dalzell, is a psychologist with a 25-year private practice. Heidi has long known the benefits of self-exploration. As a lifelong seeker, Heidi has studied many spiritual practices and traveled widely, bringing her connections with diverse people and cultures to you. These influences include Mindfulness and Buddhist inquiry, an appreciation of Hinduism and Bhakti yoga, and many New Age practices. She believes that true healing incorporates mind (psychology), body (somatic practices, such as yoga), and spirit (connection with higher Self and the Divine). She’s been called to expand her service to others by offering truly integrative practices that will allow you to know the beauty within and the truth of your being.Heidi’s influences and mentors include Louise Hay, Brian Weiss (Many Lives, Many Masters), angel healer Kyle Gray, and Buddhist practitioners Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Heidi has trained with each, and in addition to her credential as a doctor of psychology she is a certified spiritual coach, a certified past life regressionist, and a certified angel guide.Heidi works with people throughout the U.S. in her coaching practice. She is an avid writer and teacher and has appeared on numerous podcasts.People often remark about Heidi’s ability to create a sense of safety where people can explore their deepest longings to support their soul’s journey. Please join us for this fun and engaging workshop that will provide an introduction to crystals.Some of the topics we will cover are:• What crystals can do for you (energetically and spiritually)•Choosing the right crystals (energetically and based on color)• The chakras, and how we can open and balance these using crystals• Starter crystals, including quartz, selenite, amethyst, citrine and more• Cleansing and activating your crystals• What are crystal grids?• Crystal meditationPlease bring a notebook and any of the crystals above to work with. All participants will intuitively choose a crystal to take home with them.This is sure to be a fun and engaging class. Don&#x27;t miss it!
