The Glow Club

To complete crystal beginners to seasoned practitioners, the Crystals 101 workshop will dive deep into the world of crystals, covering the basic fundamentals in the mineral world. Led by Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, Gemstone Reader and ASTARA Founder Mariah K. Lyons, this workshop explores working with for greater balance, abundance and harmony. We will cover caring for your crystals, charging/cleansing, programming your crystals as well as crystals for the home and personal use. What can you program your crystal for? You can use crystals to help you manifest something. It could be a new job or new way of mindset... Any intention that calls to you. Mariah's unique approach fosters the student's intuition as guide, while learning the fundamentals of crystalline structure and mineral healing capabilities. This course meets you where you are along your path with crystals and allows for a deeper understanding and relationship to the mineral world. No prior knowledge necessary, just a willingness to expand. About Mariah K. LyonsMariah K. Lyons is a Meditation Guide, Yoga Instructor, Certified Nutrition Consultant, Reiki Master Healer and Holistic Lifestyle Leader based in Los Angeles, CA. Having been immersed in elite mind/body trainings her whole life, she works intuitively and blends her extensive trainings in Usui Reiki, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, Buddhist Zen and Mindfulness Meditation, Crystal Healing, Tantra and Kundalini Breathwork and Holistic Nutrition Consulting into customized sessions for her clients and classes. Mariah has studied and trained with master teachers, healers and instructors from all over the world, as well as having taught and led classes for world renowned brands and celebrity clientele. Mariah believes in the Wise Woman tradition, knowing that everything is intrinsically connected and works to find the balance and synergy between mind, body and spirit. Mariah has taught classes, workshops and created media partnerships with Soho House, Nike, Carbon38, NBC Universal, W Hotels, Hello Giggles, Beaming!, The NOW, DashRadio and RackedLA among others. She teaches ongoing weekly classes in Los Angeles at The Den Meditation and Playlist Yoga. Her traditional trainings pair with her modern approach and sensibilities and pave the way for her relatable teaching style and heart healing techniques.
