Crystal singing bowls sound bath and guided meditation lead by Armand Egidi from The Knowing

  • please arrive by 6:45 pm
  • For your comfort please bring: your own mat/sleeping bag/blanket and pillow
  • Guided mediation is 60 minutes 7-8 pm
  • Doors will close promptly at 7pm to allow an uninterrupted experience
  • no children under 14 yrs old
