A sound bath is a way of losing yourself in another world for a time.

The frequencies of the crystal singing bowls used in sound bath are tuned in such a way as to affect our chakras and bring our minds into a calm state.

When you arrive you will be asked to make yourself comfortble so please bring your yoga mat, blankets, bolster and pillow.

There will be a short meditation to begin with and then you will be immersed in the sound of the singing bowls.

PLEASE NOTE:

The event will start at 6:30pm so please arrive 10 minutes earlier to get yourself comfortable.

Sound baths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, epilepsy, severe mental health problems or first trimester of pregnancy.
