What should I do before the session?

Relax/Reflect to allow your emotional baggage to float away. Eat/ Hydrate with healthy foods and drinks for 24 hours before your scheduled session. Avoid caffeine, sugar, alcohol, heavy meals, etc.

What do I do after a session?
