I immediately called the parties involved – the agent, the payment processor, title, anyone I could get ahold of. A BitPay representative got back to and said they could help. The listing agent on the property we were putting the offer in on was convinced up until close that we were trying to pull a fast one, but we managed to put the puzzle pieces together including my buyer purchasing a Lambo during the escrow process to help us prove that high-ticketed items could be purchased with this “internet nerd money” that ultimately led to the success of the purchase. We went on to do three more, then word got around in the crypto &amp; blockchain space that these transactions were happening which led me to my 5th client.
