Based on five decades of social science research and work with successful leaders around the world, the award-winning Crucial Influence Model reveals why people do what they do and how leaders at every level can influence behavior for lasting results. Crucial Influence reveals the personal, social, and environmental sources that shape human behavior and teaches the renowned Six Sources of Influence model to identify what shapes behavior to influence people and results.
Training Fee: $58
*Full training cost is $258. The Delaware National Estuarine Research Reserve will cover $200 of the training fee for each participant.
