Crosswinds is a gathering of artists, presenters, civic leaders, outdoor recreation advocates, and cultural organizers exploring the intersection of public space, creative placemaking, international street arts festivals, free flight culture, and the visitor economy in the Pacific Northwest. As part of Aire Craft’s inaugural Festival, Crosswinds will convene a closed-door session at 1pm on Friday, August 14, with a special focus on Issaquah, King County, and Washington State, facilitated by Wikler Arts.
