We will be going through the entire process, laminating the dough, shaping the croissants, to be able to make it at home for your loved ones.


Workshop will end with dinner (what you've baked in class), fruit, and salad!


You will be taking home plenty of croissants to share!

What to expect?


You will get your hands dirty, this is a HANDS-ON class so we will be talking all the important aspects that need to be taken into account when doing croissants. We will be pounding and rolling a lot!


Do you need to have previous baking or bread experience?


You don’t, all levels are welcomed as everyone will learn something and have a fun time baking with others.


How long is the class?


It’s 3.5 hours – to be able to go through the entire process of croissants. The last 30 minutes we will be sitting and having lunch together.


Can children attend the class?


If your little one or teen is into baking, they will love it! Just keep in mind the length of the class. If they are coming with an adult I’m ok with it– just let me know beforehand! They must be registered and paid for as an attendee ahead before the scheduled class.
