GET REACQUAINTED WITH YOUR INNER CREATIVE! This workshop is for anyone who feels a call to reclaim their creativity and be free of anxiety and blocked creativity. 
WE WILL MAKE BEAUTIFUL ART PIECES to bring home as reminders to give ourselves permission to play creatively. 
WE WILL TALK ABOUT CREATIVITY, discover what holds us back and find ways to bring more creative practices into our lives. 
…how it expands value in our lives …how anxiety and creativity cannot co-exist …finding and trusting our true selves through creativity …leading a life based on creativism instead of consumerism
Coffee and a light breakfast will be available. Please feel free to bring your lunch and stay afterwards to chat. 
A suggested donation of $20 per person would be gratefully accepted to cover art materials and refreshments. As always, please don’t let finances keep you from attending—everyone is welcome! Workshop Leader Shalagh Hogan resides in Denton, Maryland in an ancient house on the Choptank River. She is an Uber-Creative and credits creativity with returning her to her true artistic self and the drastic reduction of her anxieties. She writes a lifestyle and personal-development blog at www.Shalavee.com, hosts and participates in creative challenges throughout the year, and is a mother to pianist Eamon, 13, and artist Fiona, 5.
