About this event

  • 2 hours

There are two things we all need more of in our busy lives: time and money!

Join Chef Lisa Nunez-Hancock for this hands-on workshop and learn logistical tips for planning a week of healthy and economical meals. Together we will make black bean burgers, a chipotle aioli, smashed potatoes and a seasonal vegetable from a local farm. We will also discuss several menu possibilities that can be created from one afternoon of cooking a big pot of beans, a roasted chicken and rice, combined with strategically purchased seasonal produce, and a dash of creative inspiration. Participants will sit and enjoy lunch together at the end of class.

$10 per person.

Space is limited to 10 tickets!
