Brilliant Thing

Try a creative coaching activity to inspire fresh ideas, perspectives and possibilities. Small group session for purpose-led professionals.

This is a prototype session for &#x27;Brilliant Thing&#x27; which provides Organisational Development and Creative Coaching for purpose-led businesses.During this session I will guide you through a creative coaching exercise which will help you reframe a challenge of your choice and make a micro-plan to guide your next &#x27;right&#x27; step. There will be no obligation to share, you don&#x27;t need to be good at drawing and need no art materials, just a piece of paper and a pen!Who is &#x27;Brilliant Thing&#x27;?My name is Kerry and Brilliant Thing is how I choose to contribute to the world ,now. This workshop is a prototype session for Brilliant Thing as I develop course ideas.Like many other 38-year-old women, I have a strong houseplant game and a garden full of experiences. I’ve planted 18 years worth of arts, charity and community action. From a jobbing artist raising awareness of world health issues to a strategic infrastructure lead committed to strengthening hundreds of social good projects, I’ve always wanted my contribution to matter. Brilliant Thing bloomed after 12 months of mobilising solutions to community need, through the pandemic. I wanted to create a way to tackle environmental and humanity issues using my strengths in creative facilitation, design-thinking, and culture-making. I am exploring curating immersive workshops for purpose-led UK businesses, creatively coaching teams, to develop practices and a culture that grows brilliant things, that make a difference in the world.
