Description: Join us for an insightful talk with Professor Jonathan Feinstein, Yale School of Management. Learn about life paths that lead to successful creativity and innovation. Professor Feinstein will focus on key steps and how creativity emerges out of engagement with creative fields, personal experiences, opportunities, and challenges. Examples include Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs, Twitter founder Jack Dorsey, and Virginia Woolf.

Bio: Professor Feinstein is a leading thinker on creativity and innovation. Whereas it is common to focus on the moment of inspiration, Professor Feinstein takes a more encompassing approach, showing how creativity and innovation are generated out of a longer unfolding process. Feinstein’s new book is Creativity in Large-Scale Contexts. He is also the author of The Nature of Creative Development.

Professor Feinstein earned his university degree from Stanford and his Ph.D. from MIT and is now an endowed professor at the Yale School of Management. His Yale creativity & innovation class has been a favourite with students over the years and has been featured in Business Week and Fast Company. He is committed to nurturing creativity in all its forms by all people.
