If you’re feeling stuck physically or mentally, join us to unleash your creativity, relax, and express yourself! Prepare to move both your body and your pencil through a combination of gentle physical exercises, journaling, and intuitive mark-making techniques. Leave feeling inspired and refreshed!

Absolutely no yoga or art experience is required to join this class! Bring a notebook/sketchbook and a yoga mat if you have one, all other materials will be provided.
