Creativity as Self-Care: Monthly Art Therapy Women's Group

Heart Works Therapy will be hosting montly art therapy workshops for women that focus on the use of art as a means of self-care. These monthly workshops will focus on different aspects of self-care through the use of creative expression. Particpants will have the opportunity to connect with other women and explore common issues and stressors in a safe and supportive space. Each week will focus on a different component of self-care and therapeutic art directive using a variety of art media and processes. Topics will include: Self-Compassion, Stress Management and Coping Tools, Resilience Communication and Cultivating Relationships, Gratitude, Self-Identity and Confidence, Empowerment, and Boundaries.
