The Creative Wellness Series is a community wellness program that uses creative expression to encourage relaxation, connection, and personal well-being. While facilitated by wellness professionals, it is not a substitute for mental health counseling or therapy.

This program is designed for adults and older youth participating together.

What if I've never done anything like this before?

No experience is necessary. Our facilitators will guide you through each step, and the focus is on enjoying the creative process—not creating a perfect piece of art.
