Creative Wellbeing Workshop

Come join my creative wellbeing workshops where we will be engaging with the senses to help reduce anxiety and improve mental wellbeing.

Meadow Street Community

During the creative wellbeing workshops, we will be exploring creative ways to reduce anxiety and stress whilst sharing your stories on how you as an individual reduce your own. There is no need to bring any materials as they will be provided. Workshops run for an hour and the work created will be incorporated into my work and the stories will inform what I will be creating for the pART of Ponty art trail (20th-22nd May). There will be consent forms so you can opt-out of this and still join in. The recordings of your voice will not be used.</li><li>There will be discussions on anxiety and how we reduce it, you're welcome to step away for a breather and come back to the workshops.</li></ul>
