Question 1

How many different booths / modules / presentations will there be?

Accepted Answer

There will be 5 different modules, repeating every 30 mins starting at 5:30pm and running until 8pm.

Question 2

What time should I arrive at the event if I'd like to see all 5 presentations / visit all 5 booths?

Accepted Answer

If you'd like to experience the full range of topics (5 total), please arrive  by 5:30pm at the latest so you can experience all 5 presentations / demos.

Question 3

What if I am only interested in 2 or 3 of the topics?

Accepted Answer

Arrive whenever you'd like, but allow yourself 30 mins per booth / module. For instance, if you want to see Virtual Production demos on an LED Volume, witness a live motion capture session, and get hands on experience with AI tools...arrive no later than 6:30 so you can visit 1 session every 30 mins

Question 4

What if I want to arrive for the first session and see where the night takes me?

Accepted Answer

That works too! Arrive & watch a demo from 5:30 - 6...grab a drink and socialize for 30 mins....watch a new demo at 6:30...etc. Choose your own adventure in any order you'd like over the course of 3 hours!

Question 5

Will there be food and drink provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We will have a selection of beer and wine, as well as a spread of hors d'ouvres.
