A blend of somatic and creative offerings for Birth workers.
Birthworkers are a bridge between the past, present, and future. Birthworkers carry so much. Where do they go to release?
We are creating a space for birthworkers to tap into their creativity and be part of a community where others are doing the same. To have conversations. To move. To release.
Practicing in Art will help you tap into yourself. To the child in you. We don't want to be the teachers; we want them to learn from those in the room. We facilitate conversation and introduce new practices for gentle release.
One way for an individual to renew and rebirth as they grow and evolve as birthworkers is through spaces like these. Birthing Abundantly and Nourish believes creativity becomes a pathway back to self. Practicing art helps you tap into your inner world and the child within you. We don’t position ourselves as teachers; instead, we invite participants to learn from one another in the room. Our role is to gently facilitate conversation and introduce practices that support soft, intentional release.
Trusting ourselves so we can trust others. Trusting you can release. Art can help with trusting to release.
