Join museum educators Alexa Clavijo and Becca Drew Ramsey for an interactive session on tinkering and making techniques with early learners. Discover how to integrate design thinking and engineering principles into your artistic practice, focusing on open-ended, learner-led approaches. Learn how to scaffold the engineering process to support young learners in exploring, experimenting, and problem-solving through hands-on activities. Becca Drew Ramsey is a storyteller, maker, and advocate for playful learning. With an MFA in Drama and Theatre for Youth and Communities from UT Austin, she is the Director of Learning Experience at Thinkery, Austin’s Children's Museum. Becca Drew designs interactive experiences that ignite curiosity and inspire creative thinking for children and families.
