Drawing and creativity are proven to have positive effects in reducing anxiety, boosting mood, and improving focus. The list of benefits goes on and on! Creative mindfulness is a visual technique for training attention and awareness, putting the mind in a calm state, and exercising the creative muscle. Whether you want to become more mindful, calmer, more focused, or simply find new ways to develop your meditative practice, creative mindfulness is a great exercise.

You will receive a confirmation email that includes the Zoom link for your program, and the reminder emails each week will also contain the Zoom link.

If this is your first time accessing Zoom, or if you need a refresher, we’ve put together a few resources from around the web that should help!

  • Here is a guide on the basics from Zoom: https://youtu.be/pAMDxH_H_Cs
  • If you are using your phone or a tablet, the easiest way to access Zoom is by downloading the Zoom app, as shown here: https://youtu.be/0NBARnBxk-Y (Note that while this video shows an iPhone, other phones will have a similar process. The “App Store” for Android phones is called the “Play Store” or “Google Play Store.”)
