Air &amp; Fire Production aims to magnify Black creatives’ voices through the celebration of Black art and business. Welcoming art of all forms, our “creative kickbacks” (aka art shows) serve as a platform to showcase and monetize the work of both artists and vendors. We want to provide a safe space for artists to be heard and understood. We have a few presenters who want to provide some knowledge and assist artists on their journey to entrepreneurship.<h3>Our Panel</h3>Allan SmallKickstart Law, LLC&#x27;s Founder, Allan A. Small III, Esq. is a two-time graduate of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. He obtained his Bachelors Degree from the School of Business &amp; Industry in 2012. In 2018, he completed his Juris Doctor in 2018 from his alma mater‘s College of Law. Drawing on the experience he’s gained drafting and negotiating contracts at multiple levels, Kickstart Law, LLC was created to bring Allen’s experience to the under-represented masses. Ieesha Abdur- RahmanSelf-taught visual artist, Ieesha Naeema, is a lifelong creative. She began acrylic painting at the end of 2015 and in 2016 transitioned into portrait and pop art paintings. With music being an important piece of her creative process, lyrics to her favorite songs have inspired her Afrocentric creations. Ieesha’s work has been featured in Voyage Dallas and the international showcase by RAW Artists. What started as a hobby and source of relief from stress and anxiety is now an art business named for her grandfather, Archie, who passed away in 2018. ARTCHIDESIGNS is known for its eye-catching, abstract, resin pour designs captured on canvas. As an abstract artist, Paris loves using this method to illustrate no two art pieces are ever the same. Also a philanthropist, Paris started the We Matter Period (WMP) initiative to help solve the lack of feminine care products for homeless women in our local communities. He has placed 1st nationally in Impromptu Speaking with Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). Aakeem has also been a guest judge on multiple panels for speech contests including the Jack and Jill Oratorical Contest.
