<h1>***MUST BE FULLY COMMITTED TO ATTEND ALL 6 ART COURSES WHEN YOU SIGN UP***</h1><h3>EVERY THURSDAY AT 6-8PM STARTING JULY 27-AUGUST 31ST!</h3><h3>With a large amount of local people that struggle with anxiety and overthinking these empowering techniques will bring a different way to slow down the process and bring in more mindfulness practices. </h3><h3>Local artist, Tanner Damico, is facilitaing  a FREE  6-week art courses introducing mindfulness and art to participants of all ages to strengthen participant&#x27;s creative skills and holistic wellness. </h3><h3>The course is designed to provide emotional, energetic and logistical approaches to assist the artist in developing their best work. </h3><h3>Tanner plans on sharing useful tricks to help participants get more control of their mind and get better at using their creative muscles. </h3><h3>Towards the end of the 6 week course, all participants will be working together to create their own community mural at Noteworthy Center for everyone to admire!</h3><h3>For all ages!! </h3><h3>LIMITED SEATING AVAILABLE- SIGN UP NOW!!</h3><h3><em>SIGN UPS END JULY 20 2023!</em></h3>
