Creative Visualization 101: Yoga and JournalingTeaching Artist: Malachi E. RobinsonLocation: Creative Suitland (4719 Silver Hill Road Suitland, MD 20746)Date: Saturday, January 21st 12-2pmCost: $10 (FREE for Creative Suitland Artist Partners)Join writer and yoga instructor, Malachi E. Robinson, for a 90-minute yoga and journaling session that includes visualization writing prompts, intro to breath work, meditation, and a HEART -WARMING vinyasa yoga flow. This workshop is a perfect way to start the new year off with VISION, PURPOSE and INSPIRATION. Please bring a yoga mat and a journal.
