The Charlotte Cirque and Dance Center will move you to new heights not only in your physical training but in everyday life. Our programs will support your aspirations whether they be professional or an adventurous hobbyist.  Specializing in Aerial Silks, Contemporary Dance, Lyra, Trapeze, Jazz, Acrobatics, Hip-hop, Spanish Web, Hand Balancing, Ballet and more for all ages.

Berewick Recreation Center

Let your child’s imagination and body move freely in this joyful 30-minute Creative Dance Workshop led by the Charlotte Cirque &amp; Dance Center.Designed specifically for ages 5–9, this class blends playful improvisation, storytelling through movement, and “build-your-own-dance” activities to spark creativity and boost confidence.No dance experience is required—just a willingness to move and explore in a supportive, high-energy environment!What to Expect:<ul><li>Guided warm-up and fun movement games</li><li>Create your own unique dance sequence</li><li>A welcoming space to move, laugh, and express yourself</li></ul>Ideal for curious movers and first-time dancers!Space is limited! If you can’t make it, canceling allows others to attend.</li><li>Future Funding – The Arts &amp; Science Council (ASC) and Mecklenburg County evaluate our success based on attendance.
