Creative Crystal Workshop

Immerse yourself in a creative workshop on all things Crystals led by yours truly at the beautiful yoga space below Sessions Hairdressing!  
We will start with an exploration into the properties of a variety of crystals, where you will learn how crystal energy can support you in your daily life. You will then have the opportunity to select a crystal and learn how to wire wrap your very own pendant from renegade relics. I will then guide you through 30 minutes of nourishing yin yoga to balance your body and mind from the yang of daily life. No doubt you will leave this workshop feeling very relaxed and centred.
This workshop is suited to all ages and genders so grab a friend, partner or your children and come along for a fun afternoon of creativity.
