Creative Collage Workshop

Jenn McGraw, ACC has always found self-expression through creativity to be freeing.  Writing, photography, coloring, art journaling and mixed media art have been some of her favorite methods of self-expression. It wasn’t until recent years that she reconnected with her true ARThentic self and the power of creativity. As a self-taught Mixed Media Artist, Jenn has watched numerous YouTube videos and participated in several art workshops and online courses. She believes art opens a sacred space to our subconscious mind and heart where creativity lives. Creating art has become a daily meditative practice for Jenn to go deeply inward or simply a place to play and experiment with new art techniques.  Inspired by the healing, freedom and lessons learned through art, she began facilitating Mixed Media Art Workshops to help others reconnect within, let go, create and have fun.  Jenn looks forward to holding the creative space for you at an upcoming workshop.Private workshops are also available for social groups and as a business team building activity.  It is a unique way to connect with a group.Jenn is also an ICF credentialed Life Coach.  She empowers people who are ready to change, take action and move forward to reach their goals through coaching sessions.  Coaching focuses on forward thinking and increases the level of accountability and productivity towards what you want to create in your life.For more information on Art Workshops and Life Coaching, please visit http://www.mixedmedialife.com.

Collage is an easy, fun art form that allows you to use all kinds of elements. In this workshop, we will experiment with different collage and mixed media art techniques. No prior art experience needed. Just bring your imagination, dash of creativity and desire to let go and have fun!  During this workshop, you will be guided through the process.  We will start with the basics, markers and magazines. Then we will add our own unique touch using stamping, inks, stenciling, layers of design papers, napkins, paints, and much more!  At the end of the workshop, you will leave with at least one unique collage filled with your creative self-expression.

What do I need to bring?

Directions to Workshop & Parking:  The workshop is located within the Tranquili-Chi Center at 1421 Clarkview Road, Suite 206, Baltimore, MD 21209.   It's the first RED brick building on the left near the crest of the hill. Please pull around to the back of the building and park near the black awning at the far end of the building. Enter at the doors under the black awning. When you enter the building, the Elevator is on the right and stairs are on the left. Go UP to second floor and down the hallway to Suite 206. If you park on Clarkview or in the front of the building, enter at the black awning. Stairs will be ahead on the right. Go upstairs and around corner and Suite 206 will to your left.
