Creative Charcuterie Combinations with Whiskey.

Join Darian Everding and Mike Hoversten (back by popular demand) to explore how to prepare your charcuterie board and pair beverages with this popular treat. The class is food allergy friendly, as it is both pork and gluten-free.

Two possible classes:

Saturday, 8/3 - 10:15 AM class

Sunday, 8/4 - 1:00PM class

• Attendance is limited to 30 participants.

  • Classes will last 45 minutes.
  • Workshop will be held at The Brown Derby Ballroom on the 2nd floor.

• This workshop includes a commemorative Iowa Irish Fest Logo Glencairn Whiskey Glass.

• Must be 21 to attend
