Guided by <a href="https://www.asamigreen.com/" title="https://www.asamigreen.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Asami Green</a>, an intuitive life artist, Reiki Master, and a mindfulness practitioner, will help you will embark on a voyage of self-discovery that will leave you feeling inspired and rejuvenated.We will begin with Reiki infused energy cleanse and a guided meditation through visualization of the Tree of Life to fill our body with vibrant energy. After meditation, we will dip into the world of art and creativity. Art is healing because it guides you to stimulate the connection between your mind, body, heart, and soul. Even the simplest creative process promotes self-expression for healing, wellness, coping, personal changes, and growth. Reconnect with our creativity through self-expression with colors, shapes, and textures. During Creative Café, we will be making a Mandala.Mandala represents wholeness and connection to bring peace…

ABOUT ASAMI GREENAsami is a Reiki master and transformative visual artist born in Japan and raised in New York City and possesses a deep understanding and appreciation of our link to the environment and spirituality. With years of specialized logo designs and branding for businesses in the tri-State area, her work has migrated into fine arts and creative energy healing. Her current art parallels her passion for Reiki energy.Asami's creative style conveys intuitive multidimensional expressionism and her use of mixed media — oils, acrylics, crystals, natural stones, wire, and glass — through colors and textures are an extension of channeling her healing energy on a blank canvas bridging the mind and heart, connecting with our environment and emotions.https://www.asamigreen.com/
