Wild Goose Creative (WGC) is a non-profit community arts organization whose mission is to build a creative community at the intersection of art, risk and meaning. Over the past 13 years, we have provided the Columbus community with affordable, accessible programming including storytelling, performance art, visual art, comedy, improv, culinary and more. WGC is a great place to meet people who have shared interests, grow networks and experience something new.We serve as an incubator for local creatives through affordable space, educational workshops, mentorships and career-building opportunities. We pride ourselves on making it easy for anyone to take an idea and make it a reality within our space. #2 is a 6 part series  on becoming an awesome baker. 100% of your class fee supports WGC and you take home equipment for future successes!

The second Creative Bakes class is COOKIES! Learn from award-winning cookie baker, Liz Martin, on how to make YOUR ultimate chocolate chip or any kind of drop cookie. You&#x27;ll leave with a one-bowl cookie recipe you can count on plus another recipe for when you&#x27;re near your mixer. You&#x27;ll also get a lesson on how to make adjustments to recipes to make your cookies the way YOU like them. Want them more crispy? More chewy? Thicker? Thinner? Cakey? You&#x27;ll learn how to get them there in this 2 hour hands-on workshop. You&#x27;ll leave with cookie dough ready to bake, or chill, or portion and freeze. It will yield about 24 2oz cookies.
