Unleash the Power of YOU.DO YOU TRUST YOURSELF ABOVE EVERYTHING ELSE?I spent the first 17 years of my career feeling completely miserable.  I was stuck in a place of listening to what others thought I "should" do and how I "should" do it.  I was living in the land of the status quo when at my core, I wanted nothing more than to do things differently, take creative risks, and stand out.This internal battle I was waging, without knowing it at the time, made me feel like I was wearing someone else's skin, and like the real me, the part that wanted to shine, was slowly dying a little bit every day.Over the past ten years, I have developed a system for trusting myself, my strengths, my creativity, and my ideas. And it is a system that I continually build upon, deepen, and tweak. My goal is to share these tools with you because I never want anyone to suffer the way I did early in my career.That said, creating the change you want to see in your business and your life takes commitment and dedication to yourself, your goals, your vision, and your team. It is not a frivolous task, nor is it always a smooth road, but the results are worth the investment of time and money.

<h2>Why I am offering this workshop?</h2><p>I, for whatever reason, have been a woman that throughout her career has been pulled by vision.  I have often asked myself, why is it that I have been able to move forward on dreamlike projects and make them a reality even in the face of obstacles like, oh I don’t know, having no idea how I am actually going to make it happen.  I have worked with famous artists, created guerilla marketing campaigns, and experiences that have looked as if they cost tens of thousands of dollars for closer to $500.  When I look back at all of this, it’s as if I created something out of nothing, time and time again.</p><p>As I began to explore why I have been able to achieve these things, I came across a quote by Henry Ford that seemed to slap me in the face with the answer.  </p><p><strong><em>"Obstacles are the scary things that get in the way when you take your eye off the target."</em></strong></p><p>Anything that I have done or accomplished that seemed impossible, always started with a very strong vision; or as Mr. Ford puts it, a target.  That vision for me was always so strong that I could not help but move towards it. </p><h2>What you will learn?</h2><p>I find that most small business owners, sales people, and creatives are so busy and bogged down with the work they have to do on a day to day basis, that they do not give themselves time to work on their vision.  In this one-hour workshop you will get clarity around what you really want, where you want to go, and how you want to get there.  In the end, you will have constructed a clear picture of the future and concrete plan for how to move forward.  </p><p></p><p></p>
