This workshop focuses on assessment and action steps for creating productions that are strive for better cultural competency.

Part of our Expansion Pack Series of events, meant for those who have already been doing personal and/or institutional work on equity, diversity, and inclusion. Participants will examine their own and/or their organization/institution’s interactions with BIPOC artists. Then they will plan actions for improving their current working/learning environment.This workshop is for educators, arts administrators, directors, and anyone involved in the decision making process around curriculum or producing and rehearsing.
