This professional development session equips educators with strategies to collaborate effectively with community partners, students, and parents/guardians in creating impactful applied learning opportunities. Participants will learn how to design experiences that foster the development of both technical and professional skills, ensuring alignment with each student’s interests and competencies. By the end of this training, educators will be prepared to build strong partnerships and implement structured, student-centered work-based learning experiences that promote career readiness and personal growth.
