About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

(Held on the THIRD Sunday, since Mother's Day is the prior week)

We'll be discussing how to create more meaningful self-care routines and habits.

- What do the ancient texts on acupuncture and herbal medicine say about living a better life, with more vibrancy? Truly thriving?

- How herbal Qi tonics and blood movers can help us strengthen our bodies and help us nurture ourselves.

- We'll also talk about the concept of Nourishing Life (Yang Sheng) and how to integrate simple, attainable habits into your daily life.

- Last, we'll talk about the ancient concept of yin and yang and how balance in our lives can help us with self-care and learning to better nourish ourselves.
