Join us for a 1.5-hour introductory workshop on how to turn R analysis into an interactive web application using R Shiny. Huge thanks to our members Akshi Chaudhary and Nazli Ozum Kafaee from UBC Masters of Data Science for preparing and leading the workshop.
What is R-Shiny and why learn it?

<LI>Shiny is an R package that makes it easy to build interactive web apps straight from R.</LI>
<LI>These apps are a powerful tool for communicating and sharing data to your stakeholders, research community or clients.</LI>
<LI>Need some familiarity with R, but does not require knowledge of typical web development software such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript</LI>
<LI> Would you like to learn how to create an online platform for your data to be explored interactively using RShiny? Join us!</LI>
