In this heartfelt workshop, you’ll design a personal piece using cherished objects, combined with a variety of provided materials.

Transform meaningful keepsakes into art by creating a stunning, tranquil wall hanging that tells your story. In this heartfelt workshop, you’ll design a personal piece using cherished objects, combined with a variety of provided materials. Learn to add gorgeous hammer textures to copper, saw and shape metal, and bring everything together with chain, wire, or cord. The result? A one-of-a-kind memory piece that radiates beauty, sentiment, and your own creative spirit.

  • 3" x 4" copper sheet
  • wire | 2ft 18g, 2ft 16g, 1ft 14g, 1ft 12g
  • wire cutters
  • round nose pliers
  • stacked barrel pliers
  • bench pins
  • steel blocks
  • saw frame
  • 2/0 saw blades(2 dz)
  • files
  • sandpaper
  • dowel sticks
  • forging hammers

Participants are encouraged to bring a collection of small mementos or natural objects
