<H3>Introducing a new training series for local leaders committed to Diversity & Inclusion!</H3>
April 1st + 2nd The Global Switchboard Lawrenceville
 About Creating Confluence Workshops in this new series will train leaders in the combined awareness, knowledge, and skills that are crucial for successfully engaging with diverse constituencies. 
Topics will include:

Facilitating meaningful and inclusive dialogue 
</LI>
<LI>
Incorporating equity at all points of planning and activity
</LI>
<LI>
Understanding the impact of institutional and individual biases in order to counteract them
</LI>
<LI>
Local diversity, equity, and inclusion issues 
</LI>
</UL>
 
Day One    April 1st - 9:30am - 5:00pm Inclusive Leadership + Equity Education led by Inclusant facilitators
*breakfast and lunch will be provided
 
Day Two   April 2nd - 10:00am- 4:15pm Facilitation practice, followed by optional Breakout Sessions led by local facilitators with varied expertise.
*lunch and snacks will be provided
 Cost
$525  If you are an employee of and representing a for-profit company $425  If you are affilitiated with a nonprofit, community group, or attending as an individual 
<H3>$75 off for Early Registration - </H3>
<H3>February 13th through March 3rd</H3>
 
Breakout Sessions on Day 2 cost  $25 per session.*
There are 4 sessions available, and each attendee can select 2 of these to attend.
Topics:

Movements for Change - Participants will strategize how to engage in movements for racial and economic justice. 
</DIV>
Facilitating for Openness - During this breakout session, we will explore various ways to help people engage with sensitive issues without becoming overwhelmed. 
From Conflict to Connection - This participatory workshop will explore how conflict shows up in our workplaces and how it complicates communication and professional relationships.

Diversity: A story of thorns and roses - This workshop will cover types of diversity, challenges of diversity, and communication and management strategies for diversity.
</DIV>
