Note to Attendees: Please be prepared to take notes to be shared in smaller group activities throughout the session. Slides and resources shared during the session will be provided to all attendees following the training.

Attendees actively engaged in this session can expect to:

  • become acquainted with data and research addressing the lived experiences of diverse employees within workplace cultures and professional environments;
  • become familiar with strategies for promoting equity, inclusion and belonging in diverse workplace cultures and professional environments;
  • increase their awareness about the importance of promoting equitable and inclusive workplace cultures with a focus on belonging, appreciation and respect for employees across demographics and experiences
