In addition, <A HREF="http://yourmindbodyjoy.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rachel Lajoie</A>, Mind-Body Health Coach, will share with us how to eat foods that nourish our bodies so we can show up confidently as the best version of ourselves.

 What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Movement Lab is located in Remington, about the newly opened R. House. There is limited free parking on site in the parking lot or in the garage. In addition, street parking is also available.

What's the refund policy?
Unfortunately, your ticket is non-refundable, however if you are unable to make it, you can gift your ticket to another person.
