At Balebe, we use the dynamic process of beading to create beaded art that serves as a reminder of our most cherished goals. Beading engages the limbic system by using kinestetic movements to channel your focus thereby promoting relaxation and clarity.

During our time together you will complete exercises designed to assist you in finding your balance along with engaging beading projects to support you in your journey.
