Create Your Vision 2022

I have a background in consultancy and recruitment, but I am not your standard career change coach!In my workshops, I combine group coaching and creative exercises (including art and movement) with other tools for self-reflection to create a plan aligned with your values. Whether it is a job in a different industry or becoming an entrepreneur, you will learn how to stay motivated to make it all happen.

Given the changes we've all been through recently, I felt inspired to deliver a cosy, online vision board session to set new intentions!

Spring is the time when nature starts to wake up from hibernation. A time of renewed energy, change and growth. A time for giving our attention to what we would like to create in our lives. Creative work is not just artistic work – though I have talked about making our lives art. Creative work is also about the ongoing process of us taking leadership in who we want to become and the lives we want to create. So given the changes we’ve all personally been through these past two years, I felt inspired to deliver a Create Your Vision 2022, an online vision board workshop on Friday, 11 March. About The WorkshopWhat is a vision board? A vision board is a board on which you display images that represent what you would like to be, do or have in your life. According to Psychology Today, preliminary research suggests vision boards “can help us more easily reach our goals” and “increase the chances of success.”* The ExperienceWe will meet online, from 12:00-2:00pm, in a relaxing and informal environment. This cosy group will remain small, with limited attendance, so everyone will get the most out of the session. You will need to have:•	A3 card•	A pair of scissors•	A stack of your favourite magazines •	A glue stick or other glue for paper•	Any other craft supplies you have at homeThe experience will:-•	Hold a safe space to be yourself and self-reflect•	Help you discover what you really want through an initial visualization exercise•	Facilitate a new way to express yourself creatively•	Offer the opportunity to inspire and be inspired by like-minded women around you•	Deliver powerful group coaching and non-judgmental peer supportThe ResultsI have been helping clients work with vision boards for years, both privately and in workshops. As a result of this workshop, you will•	Re-connect with yourself to find clarity on what is most important for you right now•	Have a new visual aid to support you in maintaining focus on what truly matters to you as you go about your days•	Enjoy a beautiful visual representation of your goals which provides daily inspiration to keep moving forward when a lack of motivation is present•	Naturally discover your first step (or even a whole action plan!) on how to begin making a reality what has been highlighted in the vision board •	Learn how to repeat the process on your own every year, or as often as you’d like•	Have a calming AND fun couple of hours with a small group of like-minded people.
