Join us for a Create Your Own Crown of Cab workshop, where Domaine Berrien Cellars winemaker Amy Birk will walk you through one of the most important (and fun) parts of winemaking: creating blends!

During this hands-on event, Amy will provide guidance as you create a bottle of your very own Bordeaux-style blend just like DBC’s Crown of Cabernet! Guests will taste DBC’s estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot while learning about how these wines interplay while blending. After tasting, you’ll be provided the wine and the tools needed to create your very own blend, just to your liking. By the end of the workshop, you will have your blend bottled and ready to take home with you!

The $65 admission includes the wine education and your own custom-blended bottle of wine. Glasses of wine and snacks are available for purchase during the event.
