This event is for anyone seeking a way to gain or regain control in their lives and to also learn how to truly navigate and command their lives into the direction they desire.
D uring our time together I will be sharing a bit about how our minds work, what hypnosis is, and how hypnotherapy works.
Following this I would love to hear from you all about the lives you are wanting to create. So we'll go around and share a bit about who we are and where we'd like to be and what we'd like to be doing.
Next, I will guide you all through some fun activities showing you all just how much control you have over your mind and just how powerful your mind truly is.
