How do I prepare for the event?

Accepted Answer

Please bring: water, snacks, sun hat, and layers for wind and possibly drizzle. I always bring beanie, gloves, and gator just in case.

Are kids welcome?

I want you to be able to participate without distraction for the duration. Is your child mature enough to either stay involved for the duration of the event or to play at the beach unsupervised? If "no", then I recommend bringing someone who can stay with them so you can stay fully involved.

Will I get photos?

Within a few days you will be sent a link to a folder of images to share and keep.

Question 4

Bathrooms?

Unfortunately there are no immediate bathrooms. The closest are several blocks away.

Question 5

Is this strenuous?

Accepted Answer

We will be in motion for most of the 3 hour event. We are walking on beach sand while handling a rake. It is not especially physically demanding, but it does require physical capacity and mobility. Stopping for breaks is fine if needed though it will pull you out of the experience.
