And especially for us, QTBIPOC Queens who have more melanin than White privilege, work can be a personal hell of: long hours low pay, long tenure no promotion, all while working with "work Karen" and only getting paid in "struggle money".
The thing is most of us are stuck being formally under-educated for the jobs we want and over-qualified for the ones we have.
