Processing Community Day

Join us for an afternoon of creative workshops and coding for all ages and levels of experience. 
YOU MAKE THE RULES… zine making / drawing / potato-printing / robots / algo-rave / discussions / collaborative coding
Saturday 9 February, 12.30 - 4.30pm Framework, 35 King Street, Bristol, BS1 4DZ Free - children must be accompanied by adults. 
Workshops (sign-up on the day) 13:00 - 14:00 Creative coding workshop (with potato printing) A workshop for people wanting to learn more about creative coding. We will use processing to program interactive drawings. Workshop is aimed at people new to coding - no previous experience necessary. Please bring a laptop (there are some computers avaiblible, please let us know in advance if you need to borrow one) 15:00 - 16:00 Live-coding music workshop A workhsop for people with some experinece wanting to learn how to live-code music and visuals. Some experience in coding neccessary. Please bring a laptop (there are some computers avaiblible, please let us know in advance if you need to borrow one) Drop-in activities (all afternoon) zine-making / Fluxus inspired auto art / Robot play / disscussion / collaborative coding
