Participants will learn how to stretch their food dollars, increase fruit and vegetable intake, shop with a list, read nutrition facts labels, follow food safety recommendations, adjust meals to use food on hand, and be physically active in everyday life. Each class will include a Creates recipe demo. Participants will sample the food and take the recipe with them to cook at home.
