Development text linkMission StatementTo provide the Western New York community with an abundance of quality information, resources, and events surrounding best practices on Autism Spectrum Disorder to increase hope, awareness, and acceptance.The purposes of the Buffalo Autism Project are:To provide the WNY community with an abundance of quality information and resources surrounding best practices on autism spectrum disorder.To increase hope, awareness, and acceptance of those afflicted by autism spectrum disorder.To raise public and professional awareness of autism spectrum disorders.To educate and empower those in the autism community to never give up in their search to help their loved ones reach their full potential.To work in partnership with other Corporations dedicated to breaking down the barriers currently standing against those with autism spectrum disorder.To solicit and receive funds to accomplish the above purposes.

Buffalo Autism Project

Buffalo Autism Project is hosting it's 3rd Annual Crawl-O-Ween Bar Crawl in East Aurora!

East Aurora

Get your costumes ready for Buffalo Autism Project's 3rd Annual CRAWL-O-WEEN Bar Crawl. Last year, we hosted 850 people throughout East Aurora's 13 participating bars and cannot wait to do it again! We will be crawling rain or shine and have rented a school bus to help you get around easier! Registration will be held at American Grille from 1:30-4:30. Each participating bar will have drink specials. Get your tickets by October 4 to get a 14 ounce beer stein to use the day of the crawl. Participants are encouraged to dress up in your best Halloween costume! Prizes will be awarded. Tickets are $15. Money made from ticket sales will go directly back into the community to support individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families by hosting a Sensory Friendly Trick or Treat Event at the Buffalo Zoo, keeping this event free for all participants. We are excited to see you there!
